Cogswell Scholarship

The “University of New Hampshire Endowment for the Honors Program/UROP” is established at the University of New Hampshire through the generosity of alumni and friends of the University. The purpose of the fund is to establish a permanent source of funding to support faculty who teach honors courses, to provide awards to recruit and retain high quality students, to provide undergraduate research fellowships and awards,and to fund one or more Honors Program Professorship(s). If, at some later date, the purposes for which this fund was established are no longer possible or practical, the University President may designate an alternate related University of New Hampshire purpose. **The UNH Foundation endowment for the Honors Program/UROP also pays-out to this account. 9/95 aes
