PURPOSE: Scholarship for COLSA students. Per Ron Rodgers, April 23, 1993, this may be awarded as a scholarship with no repayment requirement. He noted, “we should inform each recipient of an award made possible by this bequest that the donor instructed the University to make the nonbinding request ‘that the principal be repaid in the interest of greater student participation in future years.’”
