Tyco Scholars Fund

PURPOSE: To attract and retain the best students to participate in physical and engineering sciences. Income will be used to provide four-year, full tuition scholarships, including room and board, for students named as Tyco Scholars. Income from the fund may also be used to cover academic research and travel expenses and for summer research stipends for Tyco Scholars. SELECTION: The Office of Admissions, in consultation with the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, shall be responsible for determining the application process and program criteria and for selecting scholarship recipients. The Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, or his/her designee, will be responsible for administering all awards from this fund.
