Duane and Joan Whittier Scholarship

PURPOSE: To provide program support to the Music Department within the College of Liberal Arts. Specifically, for the Summer Youth Music School (SYMS) or its successor and/or scholarships for undergraduate students who are majoring in music, with a preference for those studying stringed instruments or piano. The Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, in consultation with the Chair of the Music Department, will administer expenditures from this Fund
