Conant Scholarship

PURPOSE: Need-based scholarships for worthy students who intend to make agriculture their pursuit in life. CRITERIA: Two students from Jaffrey and one student from each other town in Cheshire County. If there are no eligible students from the above-mentioned towns, other students may receive the awards. The scholarships should be $1,000, but if there aren’t enough eligible students, the awards may be increased with the remaining designated funds. Alternatively, the remaining funds may be added to the principal, or used to meet Institutional needs, particularly those related to agriculture. SELECTION: Agriculture, Nutrition, and Food Systems Department Chair, as directed by the University Trustees
