PURPOSE: Renewable merit- and need-based scholarships for undergraduate COLSA students studying environmental and resource economics or community and environmental planning. Renewable for a total of 3 years. Recipients will be known as Granite State Development Scholars. Preference for sophomores. SELECTION: Chair, Natural Resources and the Environment
