PURPOSE: Scholarships for students with a documented learning disability or who have a strong potential of a learning disability due to family history. Preference for TSAS students. However, graduate, undergraduate, and DCE students are also eligible. Criteria that will be taken into consideration are students majoring or minoring in the Studio Arts program, and students participating in studio art or bicycling clubs at UNH. Funds may also be awarded to assist students in meeting the specialized services or needs that are inherent of their learning disabilities. Services or needs are identified as, but not restricted to: tuition assistance, diagnostic testing, counseling, resources, hardware, software, tutoring, and study skill assistance. In the event that there are no applicants for the award in any given year, appropriate learning disability resources may be purchased and housed at the ACCESS Center. SELECTION: ACCESS Center Coordinator and the TASk Center Director.
